Jeremy Cowin became VCA Superintendent in July 2008. He earned a B.S. in Elementary Education from Hannibal-LaGrange College and a M.A. in Christian School Administration from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. He is currently completing a Doctor of Education degree from Southeastern.

Reverend Cowin has served as a pastor, a youth minister, a director of education and outreach, and a teacher. He served for five years as the middle school principal at a Christian academy prior to coming to VCA.

He was born in Kentucky and raised in Missouri. He and his wife, Heather, have three daughters.
