Praise Team

PURPOSE:
To provide a tight-knit group of dedicated, auditioned and well rehearsed singers drawn from the Sanctuary Choir to provide leadership to every worship service at Village Baptist Church.

WHO MAY JOIN:
Anyone who is currently in the Sanctuary Choir may choose to audition. 

WEEKLY REHEARSAL and PERFORMANCE SCHEDULES:

Rehearsals will be determined by the Praise Team leader. Most groups meet on Wednesdays from 6:30 - 7:30 p.m.

REHEARSAL TIMES:
With group as directed by Praise Team leader; most groups work 3-4 weeks prior.

With the Minister of Music; Wednesdays, 6:45 - 7:00 p.m.

With the choir; Wednesday 7:30 - 7:50 p.m.

Sunday Call is 7:00 a.m.

Solo

PURPOSE:

To provide opportunities for soloists to use their talents and gifts for God's glory and the edification of the church

WHO MAY JOIN:
Soloists are drawn from the choir and are interviewed/auditioned by the Minister of Music.
